At least 190 countries supported India's proposal at the United Nations for the establishment of the 'International Yoga Day' (IDY) on June 21 nearly a decade ago. Today, it is encouraging to see millions of people around the world incorporating yoga into their daily routines and embracing practices such as meditation and pranayama.
