The Delhi Committee of Chicago Sister Cities International partnered with Navy Pier and ComEd to deliver another amazing Holi program, attracting over 6000 people, including Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias, Judge Rena Van Tine and Justice Sanjay Tailor.
