Seven killed in Mexico clashes


Mexico City, May 10 At least seven people were killed on Friday in two separate shooting incidents in Mexico's Tamaulipas state, said the state attorney general's office.

Armed assailants opened fire on a group of soldiers who were on routine patrol in Reynosa city. The 30-minute gunfight left two gunmen and a soldier killed. Three soldiers were wounded in the incident, reported Xinhua.

In a separate incident, four people were killed in a shooting outside a shopping centre in Arguelles town in the state.
